There is a lot of stigma around black cats, and according to many myths they are considered bad luck. White cats, on the other hand, are known as innocent creatures and they’re mostly associated with good luck. However, we’re aware that these are just myths and not true at all, but it’s safe to say they create a beautiful contrast when they come together. That’s why we decided to create this amazing photo gallery of black and white cats together! Just like Yin and Yang, they’re total opposites of each other, but at the same time beautifully compliment each other.

We see most people walk their dogs on a leash, and very rarely it’s a cat rather than a dog. If you are wondering whether that’s a good idea or not, we can tell you that yes, it actually is. Cats don’t really keep humans company during walks just like dogs do, but if you have the time and patience to get your cat to take walks with you, it can be a very beneficial activity for both of you. We are perfectly aware of all the health benefits of walks for humans, but pretty much the same is also true for your feline companions as well! As you probably know, many humane societies and animal advisers aren’t really supportive of the idea of cats being allowed to come and go as they please, so taking a cat out on a walk is the best way for them to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors in a safe way. Outdoors cats are at a greater risk of illness and injury compared to indoor cats, so if you don’t have a secure enclosure, walking them on a leash is a much safer option.

Tora is a one-year-old Scottish Straight cat that enjoys going on adventures with her human, David Durst, while sitting in the passenger seat in his truck. So far, the duo has visited 43 states, and you can see the photos of their trips on Instagram. 24-year-old David had problems when he tried to adopt a feline companion as the agencies thought that a truck is not a suitable place for the kitty to live. He was just about to give up, but then he received this photo of an eight-week-old kitten sent by a breeder.

Every cat is unique and special and they all deserve affection and attention. They all have their own unique fur markings. Some have pink toe beans while the others have black ones. Some happen to have curly whiskers while the others have lush and long whiskers. Regardless of how they look, though, all of them are gorgeous and thanks to social media we get to see and appreciate the beauty of the unique cats in the world.

Well, did you know that pets can also get attached to their toys just like humans do, though? So even if you buy them a new and ‘better’ toy, they may not want to give up their old one. Scientists think that there are a great variety of reasons behind this attachment between animals and their toys. It can be about feeling warm and cozy when they hug them, it can also be that the animals see their toys as their prey. Stray cats and dogs are a global problem that we can’t deny. According to some reports, there are approximately 100 million feral cats in the world, and more than 60 million of them can be found in the U.S. Their ecological impact is quite big, however, most of them are just trying to survive and find themselves loving homes. One of such cats was the cat in this story, Leon, from Brasilia, Brazil. This cutie, however, infiltrated the Order of Attorneys of Brazil building one day and won the hearts of everyone there. But some people started to complain about his presence and the law firm came up with a very unusual solution: They hired Leon as a lawyer!

This adorable two-year-old Norwegian Forest Cat named Clive went missing in 2014 which left his owners devastated, naturally. He returned home 14 months later, and his owners were very surprised to find out he had spent those 14 months snacking and chilling at a nearby pet food factory! The couple, Tanya and Jonathan Irons who also have a 2-year-old daughter named Elizabeth put up posters around their neighborhood just to find their beloved Clive. They also tried posting on Facebook, but all their efforts were in vain. When the staff working at the pet food factory started to realize some snacks were going missing, and some mysterious dropping around the factory, they decided to set up a trap to find the culprit and that was when they managed to catch Clive. They took the naughty cat to his owners and Clive reunited with his family again.

A couple from Florida, Shelley and Joe DelRocco came up with an amazing idea back in 2008. The couple managed to build an awesome indoor treehouse for their cats! They definitely enjoyed the process and they were so satisfied with the result that they wanted to turn this into a business. Shortly after, the word got around about their incredible treehouses, and the couple's business began to grow. They are now selling treehouse designs to cat lovers all over the US and the rest of the world. Their treehouses imitate the real-life trees so well, and they owe a big part of their success to that since this is a brilliant way to bring the outdoors indoors. This photographer seems to find the perfect time to photograph these adorable black cats: Halloween! It’s the time of the year that filled to brim with scary stories and superstitions, particularly when it comes to black cats. However, we can’t say the holiday season is that much fun for our furry friends, since there are strange noises and people around, and scary decorations everywhere they are not used to seeing, so they definitely need our love and affection the most during that time. The animals staying in the shelters also need love in a forever home during that time of the year, but we can’t say black cats are very lucky when it comes to getting adopted.
